HOW TO CHECK OUT EXCLUSIVE ITEMS AND OG ITEMS?

You can add items to your cart from our OG Collections as well as from our Exclusive Collections without the hassle of making multiple purchases. All exclusive items ships absolutely free with or without the purchase of any OG item. If you add OG items and Exclusive items to your cart your shipping will be calculated based off your subtotal that's in accordance to our shipping policy. Any subtotal purchase over $50.00 will ship free and any subtotal purchase under will include a shipping fee accordingly. Your OG items and Exclusive items will ship and arrive as separate packages. Tracking numbers will be provided for both. Please note that processing and shipping times differ for each Collections.

Our OG items ships directly from our Gold Box Elite Headquarters within the United States directly to your preferred address and our Exclusive items ships directly from our affiliate partners within the United States directly to your preferred address.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed within two to three business days of placing your order. All orders usually ships within one to two days after processing is completed. 

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?

If you see a double pending transaction on your account you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.

HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?

Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.

HOW TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you would like to make changes to an active order we ask that you contact our support team via email at goldboxelite@gmail.com regarding your request within 24hrs of placing your order. Please keep in mind your if your order has been fulfilled or shipped out we will no longer be able to make changes to your order. If need to return or exchange an item please refer to our  returns and exchange policies.
