Processing
GBE Official business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 3:00 pm (CST). Any orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed the following business day. Please allow 2 to 3 days for processed, fulfilled, and sent from our facility to post office. Shipments within the US range from 3 to 5 business days depending on your local post office efficiency. International shipments range from 1 to 6 weeks depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.
Domestic Shipping
Gold Box Elite is offering FREE SHIPPING on all U.S orders over $50.00.
If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to us you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $10.00 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once courier has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and delivery policy.
