Exclusive Items Ship To:

All Exclusive items ship only to US 48 States: Excluding Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not ship to US Territories: Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories such as American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands nor do we ship International.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically confirm your order with our affiliate warehouse for processing.
Your items will then be packaged and processed for immediate shipping. Processing usually only takes between 1-3 business days excluding weekends and Holidays. 

Order Shipment:
Once orders are processed standard shipping time is usually between 5-7 business days from the date of your order.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.

Please Note: Processing and Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays and actual shipping times may be subject to courier services and weather conditions. Please ensure you are putting the correct ship to information when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked “Delivered” by the courier.

Damages/Incorrect Items/Size Exchange:
If for any reason your item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made within five (5) days of receipt. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, wrong item shipped, or incorrect size you should make note of it upon arrival. If your item(s) do arrive damage, incorrect, or sizing issues please send photos and reason as to why to goldboxelite@gmail.com and we will take the necessary steps to processing a return on your behalf. If applicable a refund will be issued. In order to be eligible for a return all return items must be in unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.

Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped.
If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
