Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchange Inquires:
We are well aware that not every purchase is perfect and we always strive to make our customers happy in every sense of the way. Our customer's are our number one priority.
At this time we do not offer money back refunds and only do exchanges under certain circumstances. If item that is being exchanged is not available we will issue a store credit for the value of that purchase that can be used towards a new purchase.
All sale items and gift cards are final and can not be returned.
~Damaged or Incorrect Items
Gold Box Elite pride ourselves on customer care. Here our customers are our main concern and making sure you receive the correct items in the best condition possible. If for any reason you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged due to Gold Box Elite we will exchange the item at no additional charge. If correct item is not available then we will issue a full refund. All incorrect items or damages need to be returned within 7 business days of receiving. Please note that Gold Box Elite will provide a return shipping label to use to return all damaged or incorrect product.
Please email goldboxelite@gmail.com for additional details on your return item(s). Please note that Gold Box Elite has the right to refuse any return that we feel was not caused by our company.
~Exchanges
At this time Gold Box Elite does not offer cash back refunds but will exchange an item that is unworn and still has original packaging and box with the exception of handbags and accessories. We will exchange shoe sizes and clothing sizes if needed size is available. If correct size is unavailable we will issue a store credit. If you need to exchange an item for a different size then please email goldboxelite@gmail.com for further return instructions. Please note that any returned shipping fees due to needing to exchange an item will be paid by the customer and is not reimbursed by Gold Box Elite.
All sale items are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
